  Both our osteopaths have lived in the area for many years, both live very close to the Practice and are actively involved in the local community.

Lucy is a passionate and experienced dragon-boater, having competed in events across the UK and around the world. Dragon boating is a sport built on strength, rhythm, resilience, and teamwork — qualities that perfectly mirror the way we approach osteopathic care. The dragon boat community has shaped Lucy’s life for many years, and it felt natural to bring that spirit into the identity of our clinic.

But the word “dragon” means even more to us. Across cultures, dragons symbolise strength, vitality, wisdom, and protection. They represent energy in motion — powerful yet balanced — much like the principles that underpin osteopathy.
